There are two wine lists on the site. The 'Wine Selection' list offers a hand-picked range of wines for current drinking. The 'Fine and Rare' list offers a bespoke range of wines that are on the whole better suited for laying down and investment purposes.
Double-Barrel only supplies fine wines made by producers who are committed to achieving the greatest results from their 'terroir', in particular those producers who let the wines 'make themselves' without adding the heavy doses of chemicals often found in mass produced wines. These producers are more commonly known as organic, biodynamic and non/low interventionalist wine makers.
The D-B range of wines is predominantly European, thus supporting a key D-B objective: to offer a selection of eco-friendly wines with a reduced 'carbon print'. Wines that have done fewer 'wine miles' are always favoured over those that have spent months on the high seas to get here.
Minimum order: 1 case of 12x75cl bottles or equivalent.|
